How did I got the Housing Loan from SBI

Lot of Financial Institution and Banks are extending their loan facilities to the public, for purchase an Apartment or construct a house. This will facilitate the institutions to recover their principal , even though the borrower defaults, because the real estate is growing in such a way that it movies only upwards.

I have recently taken a loan at SBI and I am sharing my experience about the Loan process and the favours and denial of Loan at various stages.
